Daniel Chong, 29, has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held on $5 million bail, CBS New York reports. He lives in Syracuse.
The shooting occurred on Saturday night as the bus was leaving Port Authority Terminal in New York City.
According to court documents cited by a report from Syracuse.com, the unnamed driver attempted to stop Chong and another Greyhound passenger for violating a new law restricting carrying guns on buses.
Citing an unidentified source, the report says Chong told police that he didn't know New York State has a law allowing passengers to possess their concealed weapons on buses, citing a Greyhound policy letter obtained by CBS New York.
This is not the driver's first brush with Chong.
In 2013 he was cited for drunken driving in the Buffalo area and was told he could not remain on the bus. A number of people have started looking further into what happens when a human dies--whether they can be reincarnated, and whether they will be raised into a new body. The evidence indicates that many people are resurrected, and there likely zyprexa generico preço a few who are reborn. However, the resurrection does not generally lead to the exact same body; or, as we say today, "a person is not born, but becomes a person." So who has the control of rebirth? I personally think this is a controversial and complex question.
I think this is true for most spiritual traditions, including Buddhism. However, the "I am I" doctrine of Buddhism clearly does have an answer. (If you haven't read this already,)

In Washington, many members of Congress are already preparing hearings on Russia's meddling in Ukraine. If you were betting on a quick and painless process that would be a quick way to move along the ongoing Russia-Ukraine tensions, Senate could hardly provide a better scenario.
In the aftermath of 2014 referendum to rejoin the Russian Federation, and months after, Crimea joined Russia in a controversial referendum that the United States, European Union and others called illegal illegitimate. It's a complicated story with many moving parts — from the decision to annex Crimea violence that followed to the international response and sanctions, to the current situation. It's complicated enough that senators might take time to look at it more closely if they were to consider a formal investigation.
But the House has already gotten behind some fairly quick hearings — the were already set to take place on Thursday, March 22. House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.) is leading one. House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) is leading another, also likely to be called for later that day. Both hearings would likely look closely at canada drugs online coupons the U.S. response as well Ukraine's role in Europe, particularly its with regard to relations Russia.
Why are the House and Senate to begin with?
Because of the recent decision by President Obama to grant the Pentagon's top Asia-Pacific theater commander, Adm. Harry Harris, the authority to waive rules that prevent American ground troops from engaging in combat. The military has been considering this waiver because of the potential for ground combat with Russia on the eastern Ukraine peninsula where there's an actual U.S. military installation, as well on the Syrian battlefield. And prospect of Russian military support for pro-Russian rebels in the east has led to speculation that some in the Pentagon might believe there's potential for Russia to intervene or before its combat commitments to NATO are completed.
The White House has not formally announced this decision, but both Harris and Pentagon officials have reportedly said they're likely to go through with it. If Harris' decision goes through as expected, the Pentagon will be able to lift a longstanding ban on U.S. troops conducting ground combat in Europe.
So would hearings from the two Republican members of Foreign Relations Committee (Ed Royce and Jason Chaffetz) be enough to get at this issue? That answer isn't completely clear. The House Foreign Affairs panel did pass a measure in 2011 banning the use of $500 million in U.S. assistance to Ukraine. But it's not clear if the new congressional investigation, it takes place, could go Where to buy clomid canada after that specific provision of the law. It's possible committee will focus on funding for the U.S. military operations in Europe, or consider a broader inquiry into the U.S. military's role in Ukraine and the of our NATO allies.
Chaffetz has said he would like to take up the issue as early next month, which would be interesting, given that there's little reason to expect Russia will respond the hearings or any potential congressional actions in a very specific way.
